Today, we all went out into the playground and were put into groups of three. Each group was given a different investigation. Some examples if the investigations are:
- Calculating how long it would take a slug to move 1 km
- Creating a maths trail game for a child.
- Finding lots of leaves and grouping them in different ways.
- Finding as many acute angles as possible in the playground.
- Listing all the shapes you could see in the playground.
- Disproving a statement about the number of petals on a flower.
- Testing to see if girls can hula-hoop better than boys in two minutes and consolidating the data.
